• By Bus:

Take Route No. 5 of the Tainan Bus at the Tainan City bus stop right in front of Tainan Railway Station (the route between Tainan Airport and the Yanxing pass by Taiwan Railway Station). Alight at the stop at Zhongxiao New Village, go towards Dalin Road and make a left turn, walk for about 5 minutes.

• Taiwan High Speed Railway:

Take Exit No. 2 at Tainan Station of Taiwan High Speed Railway and head for Bus Platform No. 1 to take the THSR Shuttle Bus: (H31) THSR Tainan Station – Tainan City Government, and alight at Dalin Housing Complex Stop. Walk southward to Dalin Road and make a right turn, and walk for about 300 meters to this facility.

• Driving: Via National Highway No.1:

Northbound:

Drive for about 4 km after passing Rende Service Area (335 km), take Provincial Highway 86 (East-West Expressway) and go westbound (to Tainan), and exit from the Tainan Interchange. Go northbound to Tainan (Datong Road), and keep straight, make and left turn at Dalin Road, and drive for another 300 meters and you will arrive this facility.

Southbound:

Get off at Rende System Interchange (327 km), go westbound to Tainan (Dongmen Road), and make a left turn at Zhonghua East Road. Make a right turn to Datong Road at the first traffic light after passing the road bridge. Make a left turn at Datin Road, and go straight for about 300 meters and you will arrive this facility.
